It appears that there are no boundaries to the absolute Lunacy, or the Absurdity for the clear objectives of Journalism by the Main Stream Media in America!
Recently, Chris Matthews of MSNBC was indeed exemplar for that old adage which says; “It is better to be thought of as a fool than it is to open your mouth and remove all doubt.” I guess he has not realized this as of yet!
The MSNBC host referred to organizations and individuals who oppose the appointment Of Governor Kathleen Sebilius as Secretary of Health and Human Services, as “Terrorists”
Obviously, Mr. Matthews surprisingly enough, is ignorant to the definitions and the proper use of the term “terrorist” and it’s relating components such as the terms “radical and terror” Maybe this supposed journalist should open the dictionary before opening his mouth?
I will remind Chris Matthews now that a terrorist is “a radical who employs terror as a political weapon.” I am not aware that Kathleen Sebelius has been threatened or terrorized by any Pro- Life Group or persons; her appointment is only being opposed by the normal civil society and she herself represents the “very radical extreme and far beyond the norm” which in fact a definition of being radical.
Change your paradigm on this Mr. Matthews; it is Kathleen Sebelius and many other radical Pro-Choice legislators who represent the threat to the moral integrity of our Culture. This is a position of standards which has been one of the underpinnings for beliefs and ideals on which this very Nation was founded. Who in fact is being the radical or the terrorist; is it the Pro- Abortion factions of belief who want to alter the morality of the world, or is it the defenders for the natural Sanctity of life which has been a constant inherent standard for all of mankind – since the beginning of time?
The Pro-Choice supporters may certainly exercise the free will of their opinion, but that opinion should not be allowed to suppress the opinion of opposing scrutiny, nor should a Professional Journalist promote the suppression of alternate view points by misreporting its intention, on any issue. Opposition to the Sebelius appointment and her Pro-Abortion agendas should not be cited as being the acts of terrorism, but realized as the right to an opinion by others.
I will however, maintain that any person’s right to choice should never supersede another’s person’s basic human rights. And our right to chose should never supersede another’s right to live -EVER. And when we as a culture and a free society condone or find this premise to be morally acceptable - we have fallen to the lowest possible depths of the most despicable and contemptible corruption of moral behavior that humanity could ever offer!
To label others who believe in this basic doctrine of Human Rights which is protected by the Constitution of the United States, as Terrorists, is absurd and ludicrous. Not only do you insult your own integrity Mr. Matthews, as an individual and a professional, you also insult the intelligence of many Americans whom you think, can be manipulated to partner with this immorality by your sly choice of words!
